Deposits are a way of life, nowadays you can't go to a good restaurant without paying to secure your table. Everyone does it, and now so do we. We have a high number of no shows / last minute cancellations, which as a result can leave our stylists with a big 4/5 hour gap... but as we have had no notice there is no time to get another client in this gap. The stylist has then lost out on commission, is sitting around for over half of their day and the company is also losing out. Therefore, as per company policy we now take deposits for all big colour treatments and new clients, these deposits are used to secure your appointment and will then come off your total bill on the day. This is a £40 deposit which comes with a 48 hour cancellation policy, so if you do need to change or cancel your appointment please give us a call, email or message please just to let us know with a bit of notice. If you're coming to your appointment anyway, what's the harm in paying a bit upfront?
