So we have a date ????
All the lines will open on the Saturday the 3rd of April at 9am till 5pm.
We will only be taking appointments via the phone to keep it fair, also the reception staff can’t answer the phone and get back to everyone on messenger.
So your messages on Facebook or email will take longer to be answered.
The phones will be busy for the first few days but then it calms down and it becomes very easy to get through.
All people with an appointment already WILL be called from the 1st April, before the lines open.
Anyone on the payment scheme WILL be called from the 1st of April before the lines open.
We will be open Monday to Saturday until the 12th of June so as not to have to many staff in at the same time.
After the 12th June will be go back to Being shut on Mondays.
All the same procedures will be in place,
deposits to be taken when booking
Full payment for the appointment the day before.
This cuts down the amount of time and contacts in the salon.
We have had good feedback about this way of paying as people know, before arriving, what their bill will be, unless they change their mind haha.
So I’m designing a new feature on the website that will take all your payments securely.
You will receive text with a link to a secure payment gateway once you make your Appointment, you will then have until the day before your appointment to pay the balance.
Simple and easy and you can pay that balance in as many payments as you like, depending on how long it is until your appointment.
Just another way of making your appointment easier to manage financially in this troubling time.
This is still be designed so I will update on this feature when I know more.
